Do I
need to attend your offices for an appointment?
This is personal choice. You have the option of
attending our offices for consultation, or our services can be
provided by email. We have 100s of clients we have never met, and
these clients are achieving great success with their professional
resumes and cover letters, created and written by our professional resume writers. You are more than welcome you to attend our offices (via appointment),
however, for convenience and distance, we also offer our services
“virtually”. We also prepare professional resumes and cover letters for clients
interstate and overseas, all via email.
What
is your turnaround time?
Again, this varies depending on
the services required, and our current bookings at the time. Our
usual turnaround time is five days, however, this can sometimes
stretch out to 7-14 days. We can advise you of our current turnaround
time at the time of your enquiry. For an extra small fee we also
offer an
express service for those requiring their documents in a

What
do you need from me?
If you have an old or current resume we would us you
to provide that to us. We then use our specifically tailored
professional resume questionnaire to extract further information
from you, or to clarify information already provided. Or, if you do not have an old or current resume, we
provide you with our detailed professional resume questionnaire to complete.
This service can all be carried out by email. Alternatively, if attending our
offices, we would ask that you bring along your old or current
resume (if applicable), certificates, written references, virtually
anything at all you have pertaining to your career, and then we ask
you further questions to enable us to prepare your professional
resume and cover letter.

What do I get?
This will be dependent on the package you choose. We offer a vareity of choices, with our Silver Package consisting of your Resume in MS Word and pdf format, emailed to you, and your Cover/Application Letter in MS Word format via email. Packages up from the Silver include documents on CD posted to you, hard copies in colour and black and white, Career Portfolios, Booklets, etc. Please email us or fill out our enquiry form to enable us to provide you with the various options available to you.
